Could have been worse…

Prayers needed. I took a nasty fall on my bike today with the family.
Yes I should have had my helmet on, pride comes before a fall. 😜😥😅
3 cracked ribs and 4 staples in my head that's a first for me.
The ER nurse was so amazing, attentive, compassionate and kind especially since I felt like such a fool for wasting their time when they have more important injuries to attend to.
Fortunately the ER was very quiet. Not a lot of emergencies going on when I was there. PTL! 
Thank you to my family that has been so attentive and considerate... especially Jason and Elyana. Thank you Christen Imig for the ono meal tonight! Thank you Jesus for the 5 people that stopped on the road, while I blacked out. Thank you for the 2 kind people that offered water and a towel to put pressure on my head. 🤕
